Melissa Bromley Rudat is a Certified Adaptive Bodywork Practitioner,
Functional Fitness Trainer and STOTT PILATES® Instructor whose main
objective is to create structural support and balance throughout the body.
Adaptive Bodywork reconfigures the connective tissue support system by
releasing restrictions that impede movement. Fitness and Pilates programming
creates core tone and stability while rebalancing the muscle groups around
joints. Founder of The Pilates House in 2004, a background in fitness, health
sciences and Adaptive Bodywork, Melissa has a creative eye to locate and
correct postural imbalances with efficiency and precision.
